SSB Full Form In Army:
The SSB full form is Service Selection Board. Service Selection Board set up by the defence ministry of India for selecting the candidate how are interested in joining the Indian Army Force and Navy. They conduct interviews during selection by the recruiting officer in Indian soldiers.
In SSB interview is for assessed the personality, intelligence, potential and compatibility of key traits of candidates. To clear the interview, a certain level of mental and physical fitness definitely required. SSB gives more emphasis to mental fitness than physical health. There are certain grounds for clearing the SSB exam, if you want to become a navy, army officer you need to clear the interview after the writing examination.

Duration And Procedure of SSB Interview:
To complete the SSB interview, you need to go through certain test levels which describes your mental test like psychology test, intelligence test, etc. It is a five-day intelligence and personality test, that conducts different tests on each separately by the Indian officers of SSB. After completion of the interview, you have to go through the medical exam. The schedule describes below.
Day 1. Basic Intelligence/ screening test.

Day 3. & 4. Group test officers for the different tasks.
Day 5. Conference.
Eligibility Criteria for SSB:
- The candidates have to appear for UPSC Combined Defence Service Examination.
- Candidate must be single (Not Married).
